Meet Our Doctors


Christine Perry-Siems, DVM-

Dr. Perry-Siems is a Spokane native who graduated from Lewis & Clark High School.  She got her undergraduate degree in Zoology at UW.  Dr. Perry-Siems attended veterinary school at WSU and graduated in 1998.

Dr. Perry-Siems lives on a farm with her husband Jeff and daughter Sophie.  Together they have three dogs and six horses.  She enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses and gardening.



Michor Gentemann, DVM-

Dr Gentemann grew up in a military family, and was fortunate enough to live and travel throughout the United States and Europe as he grew up.  He attended the University of Washington for his undergraduate studies, and then WSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1998.

Dr Gentemann lives near our clinic on the South Hill with his wife Jody and their 2 children.  He has a greyhound named Tucker, and two (very active at 3am) cats named Buddy and Biscuit.

When he’s not at our hospital, he is somewhere outside with his family. Hiking, biking, rock climbing, camping, boating, anything they can do to be outside.  If his family doesn’t want to come outside on a particular day, then he’s off on a river somewhere with a flyrod in hand.


Marybeth Porter, DVM-

Dr. Porter, a spokane native, graduated from Holy Names Academy.  She attended the University of Washington completing her bachelors degree in Zoology.  Dr. Porter received her DVM at Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1981.

Dr. Porter and her husband, Tom, have 2 sons in college and a daughter that attends the University of Washington.  She enjoys skiing, horses, gardening and family activities.  Her family keeps busy with their lab, labradoodles, cat, parrot and horse.  


Jennifer Ramirez, DVM-

Dr. Ramirez, a native of New Orleans, has lived in Spokane for the past several years. Before receiving her DVM from Louisiana State University in 2007, she earned an MBA in 1996 and worked in the software industry.

Dr. Ramirez and her husband, Sammy, enjoy mountain biking, skiing, traveling, and LSU football.  Their family consists of 2 mischievous boxers and a Himalayan kitten.
